Thanks for the Command Line - - My .wav files for music were incompatable with q2bers and caused the crash. I converted the .ogg files I use for KMQuake2 into properly formated .wav files and All is Good! it's normal:<br />jpeg loader want to load "textures/decals/23.jpg",<br />file manager does't find image: can't find textures/decals/24.jpg,<br />jpeg loader wrote: LoadJPG: Bad jpg file textures/decals/24.jpg<br /><br />PS: improper .wav format caused the crash? Compressed .wav not supported :)

Ennio Grasso created some alternate Models for Q2bers: bers_items_up.pk2, bers_medkits_up.pk2, and bers_weapons_up.pk2. You can find them here:<br /><br />http://www-personal.umich.edu/~jimw/q2/B@Q2_stuff/<br /><br />He also asked me about playing the Mission Packs in Single Player, but I never got it to work correctly either.<br /><br />P.S. I did not see a Re-Modeling thread, may-be I misread it.

Hi there,<br />I've downloaded the model pack (pak99) and I've look thoroughly into it and found very interesting weapon models. So what I did was to put together 2 packs with the best models from pak99 and mine. Note that:<br />- most of objects and items (not weapons) form both packs were the same so no much of a difference. I kept my medkits because I like the glass and the liquid animation in the vials. Also, I kept my missile pickup and the grenade1 and grenade2 from my pack. Moreover, I kept the DM-spots, the new gibs, the fixture lights, and the banner from my pack that were missing in pak99.<br />- most of the weapons are now from pak99. The problem with those was that they didn't have bump and light maps, nor did they have fx, and fx2 files to go with. So I made and added those maps myself (bumps, and lights) and made the missing fx and fx2 files taking the ones from the original Berserker models. My weapon pack only came with 4 weapons. I kept the v_blaster-gun from my pack ("v" models are the weapons in hand, whereas "g" models are pickup weapons), because pak99 only had a model without textures. A also kept my v_shotgun (the one in pak99 is very similar but has a low-res textures). The machine guns are the same in both packs and for the rail-gun I choose the one in pak99, but either could do and if you think my version was better I could replace it with that.<br />Let me know what you think. А ничего так модельки аптечек получились,эти шприцы с красной и синей хренью за армированным стеклом.Телепорты в мультиплеере с трубками тоже прикольные.А вот оружие,гм,не фонтан,будто грубой наждачкой или фрезой прошлись(да,и по рукам тоже :D).<br />P.S.Вот ещё бы батарейки светились зелёным,мерцали в общем

дааа модельки над подгонять, на них и детальные текстуры как то криво ложатся и анимация движения не дотягивает даже до уровня оригинала, попросту её фактически нет, а рельса стреляет будто мощи нету)

2G-ManДа,опять про "рыло" - по идее,у него вообще не должно быть отдачи,т.к. оружие чисто электромагнитного типа.Да и спирали тоже.Ну,фантастично и красиво - это да,а не реалистично - другой вопрос.Как оно в руках шаволится сейчас тож неплохо,а вот свечение потрохов тоже кривое,съехало чтоли?<br />
