Hi!<br />I'm sorry, I don't speak Russian (and I don't speak English good too, I'm 14 from Italy)<br />I've downloaded B@Q2 and I've updated it.<br />It's a really nice engine! I think it's the best engine for quake2 (the only "pity" is that it doesn't support mission packs! :) )<br />It has really nice effects! I don't know if only I get this, but when I shoot with the hyperblaster I get the same old "laser" (SORRY).<br />http://img834.imageshack.us/i/shot0002xe.jpg/<br />Is this normal?<br />I want to use some better lights, like the one in KMQ2 or in Q2Evolved.<br />Well, can I copy the light of one of these engine in a .pk2 of Berserker?<br />If yes, how to do it????<br />Thanks, Drack.

Hello Drack!<br />Bers@Q2 supports mods:<br />1. run Berserker.exe with Quake2 net-protocol support:<br />berserker.exe +set net_compatibility 1 +set game <modName><br />2. Menu: multiplayer / start <modName> server / select 'Inintial map', then 'Begin'<br /><br />Current official build of Bers@Q2 does not can save/load game for this case. But, I made save/load game avalilability in my test build. Please wait the next official update!<br />PS: Mods (mission paks) have not re-light and re-texture now, so you will see the dark game levels.<br /><br />

Thanks, Berserker and madarexx (14 too, I started to play Q2 when I was 3).<br /><br />My blaster's effect look like your one, it's my hyperblaster's effects that looks "old".<br />This is not a big problem, I want only know if it was my pak.<br /><br />I've Berskerker v1.26, I've downloaded all the pk2 from the website, but my weapons are different from yours! You've a really nice blaster!<br /><br />Where to download it? I didn't find it on this site!<br /><br />Thanks, and sorry.

Archivio! eheh, it's italian :D!<br /><br />I'm sorry, but I can't open that link!!!<br />I often visited jim's page, it works but not the link you gave me....<br /><br />@Berserker Can you give me a link for download your pak?I can't find it!<br />(When I type net_compatibility 1 it say that I cannot change it.(something like that)

You can set this cvar in command line only, not in console:<br />berserker.exe +set net_compatibility 1

Sorry people, madarexx and Drack, I deleted the directory /B@Q2_stuff to make room for Quake1 files. http://www-personal.umich.edu/~jimw/ClassicFPS/Darkplaces/ I am almost done with diffuse and normal .TGAs from the texture wad ikbase.wad
