I think you observed model with /notarget cheat, model drawed correctly in idle status.
But when they attack you, you may see the bug.
See attached videoclip and you can find the bug:

mds model always faces you when they attack, but IQM model faces wrong direction.
I'm trying to solve the weapon_tag rotation problem, but I coudn't find solution, yet.
I can modify tag position in modeling tool, but cannot rotate them. I'm very glad if
someone tell me some information about them :)

Ok, thanx for detailed info about bug, I see this.
Probably, tag-code is incorrect: weapon, head, etc.

same problem in ioRTCW, so we have two probability bugs:
- in IQM-algorithm used in ioRTCW and BersSP.
- in your IQM model.
PS: ioRTCW is crashes when rendered your IQM model at near.

I tested my model in iortcw few days ago for crossfoot and it crashed also. I got the answer from modder that iortcw doesn't support animated iqm. This is the links : http://www.ecgnetwork.co/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=26310&sid=587304236e470e19b975d9bc55160bcb&start=30
I don't know much about programming but this can be the cause of our problem. iortcw code doesn't consider the animated model..

sadness ... then code will be moved to archive and I return to previous source code. Probably, I will use md5 if I find samples of work with it.

Berserker, this is a boxmap made by an another mapper for me. There are all two models, knight and mg42 with textures and script. Maybe it's just a limit of engine, I don't know.

Don't name shader/material same as existed texture!
Sample: models/mapobjects/knight/knt
Texture "models/mapobjects/knight/knt.tga" and material "models/mapobjects/knight/knt" are both exist and conflicted, engine will select texture.

Berserker, you have damn right! Sometimes I forget rename textures for correct script. Mg42 is correct, but run only in iortcw and ET! (?).. Now I will try changing blendfunc and lightmap filters for knt too. However thanks for info!

Q3Bers, Q3BersMME, BersSP already supports AVI (MJpeg compressor).
Run demo, then command "video".
"stopvideo" for stop recording.
Cvars "cl_avi*" for avi-recording properties.
