I don't know, this is from RTCW =)
Stereo modes for RTCW: anamorph (cg_stereo = 1) and anaglyph (cg_stereo = 2)
Please test:

One unresolved bug: in anamorph mode (cg_stereo = 1) on-wall-letters does not correct for stereo, draws as in non-stereo mode. :((( If remove on-wall-letters draw code from UI to CG, problem will be solved.

How you enable this white bar? I don't have this in default
btw. Nice idea with 3D mode! :) but I don't have 3D glasses :/
I think there was too much distance from one color to second ( I dont know what it calls expertly XD ) in weapon

dropping clips, parabolic flight path for panzerfaust missile, more avalible weapons, slower running speed for player, faster opening doors when you kick it etc. sooo Maybe You want join to RTCW REMAKE PROJECT? :D There is nobody who know source code better than you. You are master for me, and would be great if you could join to us :) :D

I Have error when I try compile it. The first error is in bg_lib.c line 638. error #2095: Expected type for parameter 2, but found 'integer constant'. I'm using Pelles C.

Ватники для компиляции из map в bsp с внешними лайтмапами и делюксами,
класть в папку gtk-radiant, где должен лежать q3map2.exe свежей версии:
map2bsp_lm.bat (генерит только lightmaps)

Внимание! ватники для ку3, для rtcw поменяйте пути.

Краткое описание:
Новый параметр: r_deluxeMapping default=1 latch, no arch при 1 разрешает делюкс-маппинг
Загрузчик BSP.LightMaps: если lightmaps отсутствуют в BSP, то ищет их - maps\<mapname>\lm_*.tga (лайтмапы) и maps\<mapname>\dm_*.tga (делюксмапы)
Если BSP скомиплирован с ключем -deluxe -internal, то q3map2 генерирует лайтмапы и делюксмапы в перемешку и с именем lm_*.tga
